Shipping Policy

Handling time/How soon can you ship my product?

We aim for same day dispatch on all drums if ordered before 2pm. In the event a product is unavailable, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund on that product.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are Shipped by Australia Post. Bulk Drum orders may be couriered.

Can I use my PO Box for delivery?

We do not accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.

I need my product in a hurry. Can you EXPRESS POST?

If you live in a metro area, we can express post with a tracking number so that you can receive your shipment the following business day. Please note: Items are shipped via Australia post who may guarantee next day delivery, but please note this can be affected by the increase in demand due to COVID-19, public holidays and particularly at Christmas time. More remote areas will not receive next day delivery on Express Post. These usually take a few more days. If you are not home when your shipment arrives, often your shipment may be returned to your local post office for collection with ID.

How long will it take to get to me?

Aust Post Regular Parcel (1-6 business days)

Depending on the size of your product, shipment may take between 3-5 working days, perhaps longer if you are in a remote location or outside metro areas.

Can I track my shipment?

We can provide you with an Australia post ‘tracking number’ so you can track your shipment

Damaged in Transit?

Items will occasionally be damaged in transit. When this is discovered please notify Afrobeat immediately by email sales@afrobeat.com.au or phone 1300 910 448

Provide description and photos of all damaged goods in an email along with your name and phone number. We will provide a return address for you to send the damaged product/s directly at cost to you (the buyer).

Afrobeat will refund this once the returned damaged products are received.

The buyer (you) are entitled to either a refund plus the return postage OR a replacement along with refund of return postage.
