Early Bird Discount

EARLY BIRD discounts close 4 weeks prior to the course date.

Rush Rate

Rush rate is the full cost of the training and is payable on booking within the 4 weeks prior to course date.

Payment Options

Pay Online via secure PayPal using your credit card or bank account

Pay with your Credit Card over the Phone (3% surcharge applies) We accept VISA / MC only

EFT - Bank Account details will be provided on an invoice if requested on registration

Post a Cheque - Postal details provided on Invoice if requested  on registration

Course Fees

Course Fees only cover the Training.

Lunch, Travel and Accommodation is not included. Please make other arrangements if you are travelling and needing to stay nearby for the duration of the training.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you’re unable to attend your training, please notify DRUMS TALK!™ in writing immediately and advise of your cancellation option (below)

Request a refund. Cancelled Registrations 21 days or more prior to your training date will incur a small processing fee of $22. If you cancel within 21 days of your Training date, a $220 cancellation fee will apply.

Request to transfer your registration to a later training date. FREE to transfer 21 days or more prior to your course date. A transfer fee of $22 will apply thereafter.

Place your training fees on hold and use them toward a future training within one year of your original registration date. FREE to place on HOLD 21 days or more prior to your course date. A transfer fee of $22 will apply at the time of re-booking.

Please Note (for transfers and fee HOLD): You will also be responsible for any price increases. For example, if you signed up at an early bird rate and the new training is at a rush rate, you will be charged the difference in addition to the transfer fee. After one calendar year from the date you submitted your original registration form, your ability to transfer expires and you forfeit your funds that were on hold.

Booking Transfers

If you’re unable to attend a Facilitator Training, you can transfer your payment to another Facilitator Training. It is FREE to transfer 21 days or more prior to your course date. A transfer fee of $22 will apply thereafter. You are responsible for any possible difference in price (including differences due to rush / early bird rates).

No Shows

If you fail to notify of your cancellation and don’t turn up, it will be considered a NO SHOW. There are no refunds for NO SHOWS. Unforeseen events or circumstances beyond your control are appreciated. If this applies to you, please contact your trainer directly to discuss your options.
